How does QR code attendance work?
Each event generates a unique QR code. Attendees scan the code using the app, and their attendance is instantly marked in real-time with no manual effort.
Can I manage multiple events at once?
Absolutely. Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple events, each with separate QR codes, attendees, and analytics. Pro users get unlimited events.
What happens if someone scans twice?
We only count one attendance entry per user per event. Duplicate scans are ignored, and all scans are logged for transparency.
Can I customize announcements?
Yes. Admins can create and share custom announcements that get pushed to all attendees in real-time, keeping your audience engaged and updated.
Is there a limit to how many users I can add?
User limits depend on your plan. Pro and Enterprise plans allow you to add and manage more users, including assigning admin roles.
Is the app available in dark mode?
Nope. We believe in keeping it light—for now. But who knows, if enough people ask, maybe we’ll consider it.
Is attendance syncing real-time?
Yes, attendance is instantly updated across all devices. No refresh, no delay—just accurate data, always.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted using industry-standard methods. Only admins have access to user data, and everything is stored securely on the cloud.
Do I need internet to scan QR codes?
Yes, real-time syncing and validation require an active internet connection. Offline scanning is on our roadmap.
